Have been working with Nick at Action Coach for over 3 years, in which time it has allowed our business to focus and organise in priority areas; be realistic in what our small team can achieve in a certain timescale; and steadily grow the size and profitability. Nick and Clare's positive outlook and good humour make for constructive changes to attitude and methods. The contact with other similar scale businesses is invaluable in sharing experience of dealing with issues and seeing where good practice can lead you business.

Johnstone Landscapes Ltd has been coached by Nick Ruddle for the last 10 months.
