Very professinoal and prompt service from quotation to delivery and installation. At the time my order (Feb 23), their offices were open on two days a week which was the only downside other than that really happy with the level of customer service.

Have used this supplier a number of times. They have an amazing stock and variety. Their final products are first class; and their installation is efficient. They must be very busy because their lead time is quite lengthy. But worth the wait.

excellent service and experience from quote to completion of installation. Gareth at its Whetstone branch was friendly, responsive and consultative recommending shutters which is aesthetically pleasing and of high quality. Andy and his buddy professionally installed all 17 boxes of them last week...my wife and I was very pleased with workmanship, tidiness and speed of which they completed the job. Will definitely use them again next time.
