        I can now see why this branch is closing. The customer service assistant was absolutely useless and no help whatsoever. Clearly hates her job and maybe should change occupation. The machines in this branch have more charisma than this woman. Barclays dont give a toss about customers and customer service. You can see why online banking apps are the way forward.
