I found Joe Happe and all his staff Jack and Angela to mention a few to be very professional very thorough and not at all judgemental Joe was always at the end of the phone if I had and questions. Recently changed name from criminal solicitors. Still the same terrible company run by Joe Happe. When I went to see him he advised me to plead not guilty to all charges. Joanna Life attended my plea and looked through the evidence and said that I had a case. I pleaded not guilty and went to trial. In the months leading up to the trial I had contact with a secretary who seemed quite professional. She gathered the evidence that I had in my defence. I didn't hear from anyone until the day before my trial when I got a voice mail from a solicitor that I'd never heard of or spoken to. I turned up to trial the next day and was met by Elizabeth Neal, my solicitor. She turned out to be completely incompetent. She failed to use any of the evidence obtained and seemed as though she hadn't even read my case. She failed to get my name right through the whole trial. I was found guilty of all charges. I would not let Mcmillans represent me again even if they worked for free which they certainly don't. From all of the excellent reviews that I see about Joanna Life I wonder if it would of been a different outcome if she had bothered to turn up to my case. Oh well, will never know now. How many other reviews here are real? No customer names. Dont trust Joe Happe.
