Carol is a mastermind when it comes to underwear. Her decades of experience clearly show with her wealth of knowledge about which materials and silhouettes will work best. Whatever your body type, Carol will work with you to find underwear which feels and looks utterly beautiful. I have spent years trying to find bra's which fit me and make me feel feminine, and Carol was able to understand exactly what I was after within minutes of our appointment. Any anxiety I had before the appointment was dissolved at the door by Carol's warmth and infectious passion for her job. Please get an appointment. You won't regret it.

I booked online. Easy to park following emailed instructions. I phoned on arrival as emailed and was escorted from reception by Carol. So lovely to be personally fitted for a bra again. Ignore the colours, Carol will test bras using her amazing knowledge of brands and then when the fit is perfect you can start to experiment with colours and styles. I get back ache when my bras start to age but honestly when the correct bra is put on you won't want to take it off. I loved the Bishops Stortford shop but you had to allow time as you knew it would be busy and you would have to wait your turn. It was my first visit to the new shop but by booking an appointment I knew how much time to allow for my visit including the travelling time. I've been a customer for twenty years so can highly recommend the service here.
