Needed double glazing window replaced and a seperate new window lock . Contacted Window Maintenance Services Ltd. who were excellent. Customer service great and the work was done quickly, to a high standard and a reasonable price. Would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone needing window repairs.

BEWARE! Quoted for servicing my Tilt & Turn windows, explaining how long the job would take (four to five hours) and what would happen (windows removed, mechanisms reassembled). On that basis, I agreed to the price quoted. In the end they were three hours late in attending and the job took just over an hour and involved a lot, lot less work than was quoted for. Trying to rectify this gross over-charging proved impossible. Prospective customers should be wary of this very dubious practice and poor customer care. "Well, yer windows is working, ain't they" isn't a reasonable remedy nor is it much comfort to a customer who has been ripped off in this manner. EDIT 22/11/19 - I followed up in the 'invitation' below. The person I spoke to at WMS Ltd somewhat bizarrely claimed it was a bogus posting and refused to engage as publicly offered. Beware these traders, folks- clearly something more than a little iffy about them
