        Great service and price for a new mower

        Unfortunately another company who thinks customer service is unimportant. I ordered a part online and received no confirmation email, almost two weeks later and still no contact. When I rang I was told the part wasn't in stock and wouldn't be any time soon. It's funny how they took my money with such efficiency but then fail on every level afterwards.

        We had a new Lawnmower delivered by World of mowers it was delivered by there own driver who was very helpful in explaining how to operate the mower would recommend to friends

        Not perfect, but better than the other mower spares company who came up in my search. On the day the spare was delivered the other company finally replied to my enquiry.

        I ordered a spare part for my mower and was told it would be shipped in 24/48 hrs. That was in mid June! After chasing by email and phone I finally got told it was not in stock and on back order, it will be with you next week. That was start of July! Now its 6th August still no contact and still no part. You cant even get in touch with them to cancel the order. This company has no concept of customer service!!!! When I did speak to them and challenge them on that the lady said they stopped responding as all customers do is moan!! No wonder when you are this poor. Will NEVER order through them again!!
