Have used Controliss for supply of many blinds I. The last many years and they are always top quality and perfect size spec per our requirements. Delivery has been a bit slower on the last couple of orders due to the supply chain issues everywhere but worth waiting for. Great company to deal with! Keep it up guys!!

Reasonable blinds, but the customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. Phone calls and emails go unanswered most of the time and it is very hard work to get any sort of communication from them once they have your money. I've ordered 5 sets of blinds over the last 6 months, only 4 sets have been delivered, and two sets had the wrong brackets. I asked for replacements and they sent more wrong brackets. I asked for replacements again and they sent half of the required brackets... No tracking information or even delivery date has been provided for any of the things I have ordered or the replacement parts despite assurances this information would be provided, and I still have no ETA for my 5th blind which I paid in full for over a month ago. At no point has there been any real apology, with them just blaming the 3rd party actually making the blinds, and no offer of compensation or discount on future orders or anything like that. I definitely would not buy from them again.

Really disappointing experience unfortunately. I have ordered blinds from them 10 days ago and paid upfront, expecting delivery within 7-10 working days, as claimed on their website. No communication since, despite 3 chasers. Good thing WorldPay sent payment confirmation via email as controliss blinds did not even provide that.
