        My wife bought me a new iPhone which I have been struggling to make sense of for months. After one session with Tim I have learnt how to send a text message, use my email on the phone and how to add contacts and calendar appointments! It all seems so easy once you are shown how to do it properly. He also sorted out a problem getting my laptop connected to a wireless printer. Next time he is going to show me how I actually use the laptop!
