        My husband and I stayed at Maple Lodge for 4 nights and it was absolutely wonderful! The views were the best I've ever seen in the Wye Valley and the lodge has everything you need. The hosts, Sally, Anthony, and Beth were lovely and we felt right at home (especially when their dogs and cat visited for a cuddle!). I highly recommend this place if you are visiting the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean.

        The cottage is just lovely with everything that you could possibly need to enjoy a self catering break. The forest is just over the road where you can enjoy many walks, and it is a great base to go exploring different areas of the Forest of Dean. The hosts made us feel very welcome and we just want to thank them very much. We will definitely return.
