I highly recommend hydrokidz with the One to one lessons, any child of any age will benefit. The instructors are always smiling and willing to understand the needs of the child. I can't fault them.
The instructors at the Windsor branch are highly trained and enthusiastic.

The very first term of lessons went really well, with good progress made and a very motivating instructor. My daughter really enjoyed the lessons and the standard of tuition was high. Progress was being made on a weekly basis.
Unfortunately, after signing up for the second term our experience changed. Over the course of the this term our daughter had four different instructors. No noticeable progress was being made, and each lesson seemed to be less challenging than the last. It was obvious that lacking continuity of the same instructor meant that they didn't know at what stage our daughter was at. Lessons were also cancelled, then rearranged and then subsequently cancelled at short notice which added further frustration.
You can often judge a company by how they deal with complaints. In this case Hydrokidz fell very short. Other than an apology and words to the effect of 'they would understand if we didn't want to have lessons anymore'. My daughter no longer wants to attend swimming lessons, so we will have a break and find another class once she is keen again. If you are thinking about sending your child for swimming lessons here, I would seek assurances that your child will have the same instructor throughout the term. As I feel that 4 instructors in a term is unacceptable.
