I started working with Mark some months ago to rehab a shoulder injury. He worked on a plan to gradually improve mobility and strength and it has worked fantastically well. Working with Mark was a great experience, and I have continued with the sessions. We now work on an all body approach where I feel improvements in strength and muscle mass across the board. Mark is never pushy, he always seems to pitch the exercises to stretch you but not over-work. He also has a way of gradually upping weights without you quite realizing it until afterwards when he says - that was a PB.. Marks outstanding quality is his empathy. He understands what it is you are after and finds the best method for getting the most out of you. I know a couple of Marks other clients and their experience is always tailored to them - not a "one size fits all" approach which some PT's will take. If you a looking for tangible results, a great environment, and a PT who sees you as an individual - give Mark @ Peak Performance ago - you will not be disappointed
