Runnymede Medical Practice

Not the greatest care when we were members. We moved and have outstanding issues and are receiving the worst continuity of care possible. How do doctors expect patients to follow up on blood tests if they dont ring is back or just say you moved. We are in limbo with no one taking responsibility. Completely shameful practice. In the process of moving to another surgery does not mean you dont ring back on an appointment you made

I have to have regular blood tests because of an underlying medical condition. I want to thank your Practice Nurse, Anna, for her skill, professionalism and compassion. She is a credit to her profession and over the past few months she has made the path of my diagnosis much easier than it could otherwise have been. Thank you.

Worst doctors I've ever been to you can never get an appointment and the reception staff are useless. The surgery manager should be ashamed. Poor service.
