Visited on several occasions and always been happy, but last visit very disappointing. 4 guests so 4 meals ordered but only 3 arrived, after about 20 minutes of waiting a waitress came to ask if I was still waiting for my pizza this was as she walked past our table to deliver 2 pizzas to a table that ordered after me. My family had nearly finished their meals so I said that I no longer wanted my pizza as did not want to eat alone. They offered to refund my meal which as I didnt receive it why would I have been expected to pay. No offer of free coffees or deserts to make up for the poor service or disappointment. Sadly this has really impacted my opinion of this venue which was always good but I feel that it has declined in recent months

Sadly this has really impacted my opinion of this venue which was always good but I feel that it has declined in recent months
