From my first session I felt relaxed and at ease and Sara is an incredible trainer who mixes the exercises up so no two sessions are the same. Sara has helped me both mentally and physically and I would highly recommend Mind over Body to anyone, no matter their age, level of fitness or disability.

I love training at Mind Over Body! Sara is a such a committed trainer, not only to her job but to her clients. I never get bored because sara will always vary the exercises to make every session fun and different. Training at Mind Over Body is guaranteed to be good for your fitness and your mental health. I love training with Sara and having the added bonus of Alfie, the gym dog, makes the hard work worth while!

I cant speak highly enough of Sara, she is an incredible PT. She has a real focus on your goals and works with you in a collaborative way to achieve them; always changing and adapting exercises to suit. She is so motivational and creates such a friendly and inclusive environment to work out in.

I was fortunate enough to have found Sara to be my personal trainer. Without a doubt she is the best at what she does and I would highly recommend her to people of all fitness levels. Sara has her own fully equipped gym behind her house. Every session is different and I thoroughly enjoy them. Before you know it you've done a full body workout without realising it due to the time flying by! Sara makes you feel at ease with previously daunting gym equipment and gives you confidence to push yourself. Sara is a genuinely lovely person and she is an inspiration. She is passionate about what she does which in turn transfers onto her clients.
