We wanted an Estate Agent with national marketing reach that went beyond just listing our house on RightMove and we got a high quality service from Fine & Country on that side of things. But we also got all the benefits of a traditional 'small' local estate agent who knows the area and the local market very well. More importantly Paul Garrod knows how to talk to people and how to keep both sides happy in what could potentially be a fraught process. Highly Recommended.

Paul was actually the seller's agent. However, he always responded to us quickly and really helped moving the process along. Without him both solicitors (ours and the seller's) would probably have spent many more weeks on this purchase.
