Just a wonderful experience. After reading so much on mindfulness and trying many apps I decided to join one of Trishas online courses. Wow, what a difference it makes having someone explain mindfulness in detail and to work with you on a one to one level to find the practices that suit you! I love my little tool kit which they have become a part of my everyday life. Trisha is so supportive, understanding and has such a warm caring approach.

Having some interest in Mindfulness, I first joined Trisha Mc Keown's sessions on Zoom last September (2020). I have been very impressed by Trisha's professionalism, combining an introduction and reinforcement of meditation practices, with a real empathy and sensitivity. At all times, I felt confident in her ability to give me the useful tools to maximise my mental well-being, and therefore contribute to a more positive outlook on life.

I highly recommend Trisha's Mindful and Meditation course. It has really changed my life around in the way i think about daily problems and handling situations. I have also benefited from the follow up sessions as they have provided me more tools and reminded me (physically and mentally) that how important it is to keep on track.

I can highly recommend Trisha's Mindfulness course. I started feeling apprehensive and confused about what mindfulness was and where I was going wrong and along the way learned so many tools that I have tailored to help me live a happier and more peaceful day to day life. Just like meditation it is a discipline which becomes a habit and Trisha is there to keep you on track. Give it a go!

I had the most wonderful first visit to Trisha from A Calm You recently. Having had a spine injury some months ago I was very apprehensive about a massage causing additional pain, but Trisha was extremely reassuring and professional, took the time to take a full medical history, and encouraged me to give feedback during the massage about what was comfortable. Not only did I have a wonderful, relaxing experience, with no pain from my back, I asked her to work on a separate soft-tissue shoulder injury, and am very happy to report that I'm in considerably less pain with that than I was previously! I'm not local, but will definitely be back next time I'm in the area....
