Easy and smooth transaction with no pressure to buy. Given lots of time to look at the car on our own. I love my new car and was able to drive it away the same afternoon. They took my old car in PX. Great communication afterwards, as they sorted out a second key for me.

So first of all I would avoid this company at all costs, was looking to purchase a smart car for my elderly mum and I put a refundable 100 pound holding fee my mum changed her mind as she decided to go for a different vehicle and when I called up to let them know he asked how much I had put down so I could obviously be refunded he sounded very upset even tho I had explained my mum had changed her mind as want comfortable in the end with the car, I waited a couple of days no refund and then called again for him to be very rude said he wished he had charged me 2,000 pounds and wouldnt be getting it back, I repeat this was for my elderly mum and I think its absolutely appalling and will be taking it further, I have had experiences in the past with other dealers and its never been a problem to get a refund like they state at the beginning!

Well what can I say but what a fantastic experience and part exchange with Alex and Julia, everything run smoothly and got the car I wanted. Alex was great to talk in the phone regarding the exchange and Julia for sorting all the paperwork out. I appreciate Alex also for dropping my new car off as well, he actually went out of his way to fulfill my exchange. I would absolutely recommend K and A for any vehicle you want as they so everything so smoothly. Thank you once again Alex and Julia for all your help sorting my exchange out.

Alex was very helpful and informative over cars for my partner. Can't fault the service and attention to details as we went through the sales process. By far the best sales experience I have had while purchasing a car, listening to customer needs over pushing a sale.
