I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Mem Windows who fitted an excellent PVC door for me. From start to finish, their level of professionalism was second to none. When I first contacted them, I was impressed with their prompt response and their clear and concise communication. They were able to provide me with detailed information about the different types of doors available and helped me choose the one that best suited my needs. On the day of the installation, the technicians arrived promptly and were courteous and friendly. They took the time to explain the installation process and answered all of my questions. They worked diligently and efficiently to complete the installation in a timely manner. The finished door is top-notch quality, and I've already received numerous compliments on it. I'm impressed with the level of security it provides, and how it keeps the cold air out and warmth in. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the service provided by Mehmet and his team. This company was recommended by a friend. They came out free of charge to inspect a damp patch by an old window. The problem wasn't widow related, but I was impressed by the punctuality, curtesy and helpfulness of their engineer. No work ensued, but all this advice was free of charge and very helpful. Nice people.
