I have been ordering from Bonvila for a year now and each order we receive had damaged goods, wrong items and was packed like it had been wrapped by a toddler. We always tolerated the poor service but last order was the end of chances. After trying to reach customer service owner/someone from the business called us to reassure us that this would never happen again. We trusted them and ordered again this month specifically saying not substations we receive them and each order they keep sending them anyway. Things came broken again. Packing was not improved like they promised. They said because we live in Northern Ireland things get damaged but reality is they've not invested in proper packaging. We order everything here from other grocery businesses from London and never had a problem... We asked for refund for missing and broken items got our refund but wont be using them again. There is other more professional providers.

EXPIRED PRODUCTS, BAD SERVICE Can't forget when we ordered some vine leaves, they sent us expired products. We emailed them to let them know and requested a new one but they refunded the money right away (not even the exact amount of what the product costs) which we just accepted. The second issue was the dried figs. We ordered about 4packs but when we received them, the quality is so bad that we can't even eat them. It wasn't ripe enough (which you can tell from its color), the texture was hard, not easy to bite and chew. And has a bitter taste. We emailed them again stating our concern and providing some photos but they just say 'they will inform the team'. A couple of months passed already and still no update from them even if we already follow up. We spent 24 on the dried figs which we can't even eat.
