Amazing sales process, terrible customer service. Snug couldn't be any more helpful when we were purchasing the sofa. It was then delivered with a tear in the cushion and one of the arms was broken. After several emails were ignored, we finally managed to get through to someone who offered a 50 gesture of good will refund and replacement arm and cushion. It took another few emails to arrange the replacement arm and we are still awaiting the cushion. They've now retracted the refund offer. It's all very disjointed and unprofessional and quite frankly we wished we hadn't bought their average overpriced faulty sofa in a box.
