They do not answer the phone. It's impossible to talk to them about anything. Very hit and miss on repeat prescriptions. I have complained to head office. I'm waiting for a response.

I work as a community support worker and one of my clients spends hours trying to get through on the phone to put in for a repeat prescription to no avail no one answers the phone. My client is a vulnerable adult and she needs her meds this well pharmacy does not help at all.

Terrible service I had to wait 48 mins for antibiotics with 39degree temperature The head chemist was slow and should not be allowed to work in that system he has set up for him self! he had around 20 people waiting and all he could do was be on the phone, as for the other staff they all ran around like headless chickens giving 0 service They should not be licensed to work under those conditions, people were ill and made to wait around 40 mins to an hour! Its ridiculous

Everytime I try and call they never answer. And then they take the phone off the hook.

Somebody please train them to answer the phone !!!!!! IVE CALLED EXACTLY 50 TIMES NO ANSWER, PHONE THEN TAKEN OFF THE HOOK SERVICE IS A DISGRACE !!!! Poor mum and dad over 80 years of age now need to get a bus not knowing if prescription sent from doctors this morning is there. If they can't answer a ringing phone what hope has this place got. Poor customers.
