FedEx Station Enfield

This is without doubt the best FedEx depot around. Everyone who works there are courteous, friendly and professional especially Jerome Myrie who just goes that bit further! What a patient kind guy, thank you Jerome!

Very poor service at the Enfield branch. Got charged twice to post a letter. Bank card was kept meaning having to drive back which is 40 mins each way, no apology

I was looking for somewhere to drop my FedEx parcel and was surprised to came across this official FedEx. This was after I had already been to one of the shops that they had listed and the shop telling me they wont take the pracel as they got FedUp with FedEx not collecting parcel for weeks. As this seemed like an actual FedEx facility, it made me a bit more optimistic, but when I searched it, all I found was negative reviews on Google, but I took the risk nonetheless due to the following: 1) All the reviews were from people collecting things as opposed to dropping off (and I needed to drop-off) 2) This is not a food place, so the only time someone would think of writing a review is likely to be when something goes wrong so I think such things are predesposed to being biased. When I eventually went, I had a good experience. They have their own parking and handing the parcel to the guy at the counter was easy and pleasant. Maybe my positive experience was one-off but still wanted to write the review as a counter balance.
