OK so I had the hydra facial done today, 1) the lady scrubbed my skin so hard that it was burning 2) 20/25 mins of just steam on ur face then another 20 mins with a face mask. 3) told her my face was burning and her cold hands felt good. 4) she took my blackheads out old school like popping zits 5) hygiene not so great on sponges. 5) I was stupid enough to pay 80 for this facial even after the burning feeling in my face and the fact she was on the phone to family n friends speaking in turkish throughout the whole transaction. I wanted to run and not pay them a penny tbh. This place is over priced and under delivers. Seriously, use YOUR money wisely in a good place. Not here, you'll regret it.
