I approached this company to buy a few small parts (four screw tops for the detergent bottles of a German pressure washer nozzle) on the recommendation of the UK wholesaler for the brand. Total value: under 6, total weight under 50g, so postage should have been not a great deal more than the price of a first class stamp & a Jiffy bag. Checkout revealed an 11 delivery charge, almost exactly twice the price of the items. The companys response when I asked if they could reduce this for such a small order was we are an industrial supplier of parts. To be honest, our customers find the price of postage reasonable, but they are spending over 100 pounds on goodsthank you for your comments Well, I dont & wasnt, & was not making a comment but a request. This is a comment: Flowjet has a right to refuse my business, but it can expect me to exercise mine to say what I think of it. The company now goes to the top of my extremely short list of we cant be bothered businesses, as unhelpful, inflexible & condescending.
