        Has owed me money for 18 months relating to an insurance claim where I proved he had received funds on my behalf and then kept it NO WONDER he was disciplined by RICS and they also had questions about his RETAINING insurance funds that he was supposed to hav e returned to clients and did not .AVOID !!!!

        Ultimately, the worst management company I have ever come across. Bad to deal with, underhanded and do not reply to complaints or straight forward queries. They have cost me no end of stress. Stay well away.
