I have really loved attending Jo's monthly intuitive development workshops this year. I have learned to listen to my intuition and have developed my skills and techniques with her support. I've just completed a coaching course with Jo which is really transforming my business. I knew I wanted to make changes in my business but was unsure of what to hold onto and what to let go of. Jo has given me the confidence and tools to evaluate and audit my business which have enabled me to make changes that have streamlined by business as well as given me more vision for how I wish my business to grow. I contacted Jo on recommendation and honestly I was always a little sceptical about "natural" remedies, and their effectiveness. I was suffering with peri menopause symptoms ranging from mood swings, hot flushes, and aches and pains. Jo listened, she really listened. The initial consultation was thorough and non judgmental. A few days later an envelope with my remedies arrived with clear instructions on what to take and when. It's been 3 months and the difference in my life is staggering, mood swings (mostly) gone, no hot flushes, aches and pains much less. I generally feel much happier, lighter and more positive than I had been of late. If you are considering HRT, please give this a try first, Jo is a tonic in herself and I feel much happier not having had to take any "chemicals" .

I met Jo at a wellbeing conference and immediately liked her gentle and confident manner. Since lockdown I have been using Jo as my homeopath as we can do distance appointments. I saw results from our first session within 10 days and am pleased with my progress. We also had an acute situation with my daughter, to which Jo responded immediately and posted remedies with next day delivery.
