Larkshall Medical Centre

I've been at this surgery since I was a baby. They've always been really helpful with me and kind as due to my mental health condition I can be very panicky and they reassure me of things and treat me with a lot of respect. Even the new staff and doctors have been really helpful to me. Special shouts it Shevon, Debee and Mel who are always extra nice to me

Very very bad service ! I am in shock - I called and said that my child has been coughing for two weeks and I want to check the lungs. I am given an address for this at Leyton , how is this possible??? wake up people, I live in Chingford and the easiest way to check your lungs is in Leyton ! Of course the kids will die !

Rude incompetent staff who need more training and need to stop lying to patients and not listening to patients properly because they hang up on you but expect you to listen to them too many excesses from staff making a official complaint and taking this further even if staff lose there jobs useless also can never get a appointment to see the doctor and receptionist think they are qualified to diagnose you so you dont see a qualified doctor total shambles

Been with this surgery for 22yrs, well the years I've been with them says it all, the GPS and staff at the surgery have looked after me so well always above and beyond up until now . Great surgery great team work always been there for me. Thank you to you all you've never failed me especially Karen, Debbie, siobhan,Ellena who no longer is with us and all the new staff to Mary Antoniades
