Atlantic Lodge Housing

Iv lived in a Atlantic lodge housing for 4 years honestly im really surprised by the bad reviews if iv ever had a problem I call the office and they send the nice repair guys iv forgot his name really nice guy and taz the manager is a gentleman I had issues with the flat above leaking and he came around looked and got straight on it I think some issues come when there renting housing for the council, and repairs maybe extensive there not the best properties as we've all seen on the news iv only wrote this as I was looking for the number seen the reviews and I can't let all stinky reviews paint them bad iv honestly never had a problem, taz,junior, and the lady who was my housing officer before junior was really nice .I'm shocked reading the reviews as it definitely not my experience

Horrible !!! We are neighbours to this group of employees and they are by far the rudest people I have ever met !!! They are unprofessional and cause arguments with all the locals. I would not recommend this place to anyone for whatever needs you have. Furthermore, they have no empathy for animals as they have put up a netting to prevent pigeons from landing on THEIR terrace, however that netting is getting the pigeons stuck and they are being left to die. Absolutely horrific !
