Fantastic experience with Jacqui. If you are looking for a more personal experience then look no further. From valuation to completion Jacqui was all over it! She did a lot of the chasing and calming of sellers and vendors in the chain. She uses a professional photographer which was one of the things I loved, as I've seen some truly awful listings. She managed the open day and offers promptly and got me a buyer who actually saw it through to the end. Always there for a catch up or update. Unlike some of the other chains, she never sold my data to removal companies etc and I always felt she was looking out for my best interests, not just the commission, which by the way was also the lowest quote I got, as some of the others quoted but never mentioned that it excludes VAT. An easy 5 stars and I've recommended to friends and family.

I was recommended to Jacqui by a family member and I am so glad I went with their suggestion. In a sea of agents, it is often hard to pick one - as most, especially the big sharks are quick to offer you the world. I've had bad experiences in the past with bigger names so opted for Clarke Residential which is family run and owned by the fabulous Jacqui who goes *all out* to provide outstanding service. Jacqui was approachable, consistent and professional. She was there for me last thing at night and first thing in the morning. She sold my property within days of me contacting her to say I was thinking of putting it on the market. Here is a woman that puts people before profit and works tirelessly to ensure all parties are on the same page. Thank you Clarke Res!

We recently bought our first family home with Jacqui from Clarke residential. Jacqui went above and beyond to help us secure our home with a smooth process. Buying our first home was a daunting but exiting process and Jacqui and her team were outstanding throughout. We are eternally grateful and happily moved into our new home.
