What can I say about the incredible team at Atlantic estates LTD! From the moment we spoke with Enver we knew we had made they right choice of agent. We found the through a personal recommendation that we are ever so grateful for. Andri has been an absolute star from start to finish and has arranged everything is a clear, efficient, methodical, fast and friendly fashion and the ball isnt even the right term. Everything from organising the property photos, EPC certificate, floor plans, property listing online all done for an amazing standard.
The viewing was quickly filled up with would be buyers and we had 6 offers immediately! Andri perfectly engineered and positioned our property for 10k above the original asking price .
We cant thank you and your team enough including your office staff, broker and solicitor. Honestly, if your on the fence go with these guys, you will be well looked after and treated like family
