After suffering with flying for many years, even the thought of flying was awful for me I now thanks to Clare feel very confident about flying. Clare gave me a lot of very helpful techniques I can use, not just for flying but for everyday anxieties and stressful situations. Ive not flown yet but I am extremely confident about doing it as oppose to fearing it. Thank you

Kris has really helped me to develop new ways of thinking to combat my depressive feelings. He is very friendly, welcoming and puts you at ease. This was very important to me as I was nervous about this process. He taught me the basics of REBT and provided a book explaining it in depth, which has given me so many useful tools to identify how I was previously thinking and to learn how I can change how I think to feel better. I can't speak highly enough of how these sessions with Kris has led to me making incredible progress in the last couple of months.

I have been a Strive member for about a year now and enjoy weekly Energise sessions online with Clare or Kris to help me live healthily in body and mind. I also attend the monthly Refocus events which give me food for thought and I find the speakers stimulating.. But I also do use the online Strive platform resources as the go to place for help when I need it. I highly recommend joining Strive and making the most of this mental wellness resource and community.

Linda gave me the opportunity to join strive whilst going through a very difficult period... suggesting this may help! Kris was extremely patient and allowed me to go at my own pace, guiding when needed but also pushing me forwards... Thank you both! I would highly recommend!

Today Kristoffer Sanders came to the M.A.D.S Mental Health group which I run in Syston. He was friendly, kind & made everyone feel comfortable around him . The information he shared with us was very interesting and really made you realise & think about the things we go through in life . He really made you belive that you can cope & deal with your feelings with anxiety,depression etc. Everyone at the group gave me good feed back on how much they enjoyed his session with us & we're really hoping we can invite him back again . Thankyou Kris on behalf of everyone at M.A.D.S .
