Following referral from a physiotherapist around 5 years ago I found the treatments that Georgina offers to be beneficial in addressing varying aches and pains, predominately associated with long term lower back issues. From consultation, through locating the problem areas, applying treatments and offering aftercare advice/exercises Georgina is thorough and the results exceptional in relieving muscular pain and tension. My exercise regime gets longer but I continue challenging walks and have more confidence in maintaining back health than 10 years ago. Thanks, Georgina.

Georgina has successfully treated me for numerous hip, leg and foot injuries from running, as well as back and shoulder injuries from desk working. She always manages to identify and relieve my pain. For long term fixes she gives me regular treatment, and gets to know my body and my lifestyle to give realistic advice that fits in with my need to keep active and continue working at a computer. For me, Georgina stands out from any other sports therapists I have been to for the variety of treatments she is qualified to use at her fingertips. At first I was alarmed at the cupping on my calves but it treated my painful calves and plantar fasciitis amazingly well! She also sometimes uses a combination of treatments e.g. she used needling, massage and cupping on my shoulders to relieve me of my headaches and arm numbness that I got from bad posture at my desk. She's also so friendly and makes me feel at ease. I couldn't recommend her more.
