Fantastic personal service from this little Pharmacy. The Pharmacist goes to a lot of trouble for me when sorting out my prescriptions. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Fantastic service, especially for vegans! The pharmacist Alison, who I believe is the store manager, is incredibly helpful and understanding. A few years ago I needed a medicated cream and she helped me find a vegan-friendly brand. Recently, my son received his first ever prescription and I navely expected a similar level of support at another local pharmacy. However, there was no real understanding and awareness of the typical needs of vegan customers, essentially I was simply told that the packaging doesnt state that any of the ingredients are of animal origin. Luckily, Alison at the Rowlands pharmacy in Westbourne again went the extra mile (or two) to check the pharmaceutical databases to find out which of the available products are vegan-friendly and which are not. Not only is she knowledgeable and helpful, but her attitude and understanding make a world of difference to people in need of a suitable medicament. My family and I are incredibly appreciative.
