I have purchased a modern method of auction property listed by Cubitt and West. Throughout Beth and her colleagues have been fantastic available to support viewings and numerous surveys. She answered all my questions and was always available by email or telephone to guide me through the process. She also negotiated with the vendor on my behalf to ensure I got a fair price for the purchase. She also recommended a fnatstic conveyancer. Overall, very happy so far with the service.

The team members are all very helpful and professional. I was particularly impressed by the communication with everyone which made the process more straightforward than usual. I would come back to C and W for another sale!
