I have just spoken to the most helpful and loveliest reception lady Ruth Grove this afternoon, she absolutely went out of her way to help me and made such an effort to help me. Thankyou so much to you Ruth, your an asset to the surgery and it made ALL the difference. Again thankyou.

Being forced to wait on the phone for half an hour, and apparently cancer symptoms are not considered urgent. No appointments for weeks, useless.

Is impossible to get an actual in person appointment with a doctor. Only allowed to speak about one problem if you have a phone appointment or an e referral and getting one of these causes stress as your day is tied up trying not to miss the phone call. One I got was at 7 in the evening from a locum doctor. In fact the system of more and more information and rules to remember on the website drives me crazy. How people who are not familiar with technology ever manage to get an apointnent I do not know. One good thing is the patience of the receptionists who are as helpful as they can be. DI don't envy them in that job .

Its a joke how long wait times are. Had to wait over 50 minutes on the phone just to get a doctors note for work.

My mother very poorly over x/mas. Touch and go whether to take to take her to hospital, 111 advice call an ambulance, although thought possibly a worse option than being at home. Hung on until surgery eventually opened today to hopefully speak to a doctor who knows her condition, but best they can do is a phone appointment 10 Jan.
