        I was lucky enough to win this Hypnobirthing course on an Instagram competition. I had read up lots of information on Hypnobirthing prior to the course but the course confirmed so much information and gave me the tools I need to feel confident about labour. I really enjoy all the tools that Nicola sends prior to the course including a handbook, audio tracks and some extra goodies, I would highly recommend this course. :) thank you Nicola
