        Although we didn't experience their ability to do their job well as sadly our move didn't go ahead when agreed, their empathy at a very difficult time was non-existent and Ryan was hostile and lacking in customer service skills. When querying why we had to pay 80% of their quote when we cancelled 7 days prior to the move (READ THEIR T&Cs CAREFULLY!) we were told pay or we will take you to Court. How lovely!

        We used Phoenix around 18 months ago when we moved and again today when my wifes parents moved to the area. Both times the lads were great. Very polite and professional and proper grafters. Wouldnt use anybody else and highly recommend their service. Thanks again for your hard work lads.
