Got a letting through Jess and she was wonderful the whole way through. After struggling for months to find a place, she actually reached out to the landlord for us regarding pets within an hour of me calling to enquire, which over the months of us looking no other agent thought to do to help out. She was prompt and informative the whole way through and clearly takes pride in her work. As first time renters she made sure we were on board with everything through the whole process with a friendly, professional attitude throughout. Lindsey at the Emsworth office was most helpful in pointing out a similar property viewed two doors away which was being auctioned by a Leaders subsidiary. Thanks to her the property auctioned was secured. She then assisted in acting as a go between the executors of the house & ourselves in finding out relevant information required. A brilliant service.
