My experience with Racquet Depot had always been positive. However, regarding my most recent purchase, the customer service can only be described as excellent. From the moment I placed the order, communication was clear and prompt especially when one of my items was out of stock. They reassured me that the items that were out of stock would be sent out as soon as they received it, gave an approximate time frame and only proceeded with the order after receiving my consent and instructions. The incident which really stood out and deserves commendation was when I received the first part of my order, I had trouble installing one of the parts and contacted customer service. Special thanks goes to Jack Otton because even though my email was sent near closing time on a Friday evening, Jack was very kind in replying to my emails and was extremely patient as he tried to troubleshoot my issues even though it was not his direct responsibility nor was it within his expertise. (Jack, if you are reading this, thank you so much for staying behind almost half an hour helping me).

This company is determined to give you the best service/support from the beginning, a prompt answer on the phone with a real helpful human, amazing. I got support on diagnosing the fault then parts promptly sent, when this didn't work they had the tennis ball machine shipped to them, repaired and returned within 3 days. Unfortunately the shipping company dropped and damaged the machines internal parts repackaged and delivered the damaged machine, Without admission. Racquet Depot had the machine shipped back and repaired immediately and returned within 3 days. Thing go wrong but when the company has your back that is special. Thank you team Racquet Depot UK

These guys are the gold standard for online retailing. The website is easy to use and the checkout process is very straightforward. However, it's the work behind the scenes that sets them apart. Emails are responded to quickly and the dispatch speeds and perfect. Even after selecting the RM 1st class shipping option for less than 2 my order arrived the following morning. I use them for everything now regardless of whether I can find it cheaper elsewhere. Keep up the great work guys!
