        Has to be tried, I was of the this is all mumbo Jumbo school of sceptics but now having tried the stress less therapy session, on advice from friends, I will never doubt this type of therapy again and fully intend to use more of Harbours products, indeed I have already downloaded more. I would wholeheartedly recommend Harbour Hypnotherapy to anyone and everyone.

        Really insightful and professional. I have suffered for years from sleep issues that I've been unable to resolve through the usual avenues (talk therapy, meds through gp etc). One session with Kate and I'm a changed person. I no longer fear bed or lack of sleep, and just don't seem to feel the anxiety any more. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

        I was nervous at first as Hypnotherapy was the last of a long list of approaches I have tried to overcome some nearly life long issues. I felt totally at ease with Kate right from session one... she is so professional but at the same time makes you feel like a person not a patient. I am really over the moon with the results, its really changed my life! Would 10/10 recommend.
