        I have been going to CrossFit for 8years now and I can say that the atmosphere in CrossFit emsworth is great. Its calm and relaxing yet loud and encouraging when the workouts take place. I can highly recommend giving CrossFit ems a go and expiring it for yourself, everyone in the gym there is friendly and welcoming which really makes you feel part of a gym family.
