Andy installed a new bathroom floor for us, not the easiest of jobs as the toilet, sink and radiator had to be removed and later reinstalled. The job wasn't without it's complications but he worked through the issues with no complaints. He and his plumber were professional and polite at all times. A very proficient company, not only were they prompt in responding to all communications but able to provide open and honest advice at every step of our flooring installation journey. When it came to installing the flooring they were very professional in their approach, with minimum mess and moving furniture when needed. Andy provided great advice about what was possible to improve our sun lounge floor - previously tiles covered by lino. He provided brochures etc to help with our choice of new tiles. We accepted his quote for the work and he gave us an indication of when he thought he would be able to do the job. After we had selected, ordered and purchased our new tiles, Andy confirmed the dates for the work and he kept to his word, arriving as scheduled and completing the project as expected. Amazing, reliable, trustworthy and very flexible professionals. High quality job. Highly recommend this professional! Andy accommodated our job at very short notice when we found out the person originally booked could not do the job. Andy was so accommodating and understanding of our situation (we moved into a new build home with two children under the age of 5 with no flooring and approaching Christmas) that he offered to re-arrange his other projects at the time and fit our flooring in stages so that we had our downstairs flooring done (kitchen and living room) in time for Christmas. The first and second floors were done between Christmas and New Year and shortly after the New Year. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work. We found Andy to be very flexible and nothing was too much trouble for him. He truly considers his customers satisfaction as a priority.
