outstanding service - polite, professional and quick . milled out 16 holes for us and got us out of a sticky situation - they could have even done a same day service . really brilliant to find British engineering firms like this and how they have the engineering know how to complete a job - well done, very much apricated

I went there to have a couple of jobs done. One of the staff was welcoming and agreed to do the job. I was quoted circa 400 in total. For one fo the jobs i asked about the price to see if they could do it for less. I was told to speak to the "boss" ( i think his name was Steve) who came along. When i was explaining what options we could have to make it for less money, he simply said, "that's it, take it or leave it " and walked away leaving me there with the other employee who looked embarrased. Whilst i understand anyone can have a bad day at the office, steve could have asked me to came back later/tomorrow etc if he was busy. Not the treatment i expect from a local shop, Steve was rude and impolite.The job they did was good but really poor customer service. I will not use them again
