I cant thank Dr Kalsi and his team enough for my Invisalign treatment. I hated my smile and how my teeth looked but now my treatment is complete I have so much more confidence. I now love my teeth and its only taken 10 months. Im blown away by how much theyve worked. It has totally changed my life and Im so grateful. Dr Kalsi and his team were fantastic. I felt totally at ease and felt how much they cared. To top it all off the plan was also half the cost of my local dentist. 100% recommend

Cant thank Emsworth Dental Surgery enough for my Invisalign experience. The service, quality and care was second to none and nothing was ever too much for them. Following your reply I would like to set the record straight. I had already had the treatment therefore it was my choice to not to go back to the dentist who damaged my gum. So I was no longer under her care. i was after a opinion to see what could be done to repair the damage done. It is entirely my right to seek another opinion. The way you dealt with me from beginning to the end was despicable. You had almost a month to ask for a referral, you did it at the week end knowing perfectly it was going to be difficult to achieve. I got on with it, but it was still not good enough and you cancelled on the ground that the time table was not suitable. A very lame excuse if you ask me! You certainly did not try to fit me in. That was the best way to get rid of me and not to have to deal with an awkward situation. You did not display an ounce of sympathy to help me to find the best way forward to restore my gum. I was pretty desperate to seek expert advice. It is just simply too easy to use practice policy as a shield. The hygienist issue, Mrs Biddle was made aware of it at the time and apologised for the poor standard. It was probably before your time. I suggest you should check your facts before replying in the future.

Excellent dental care, nothing is too much trouble. All the staff are knowledgeable,friendly and helpful. I have been a private patient here for over 8 years.
