From the first phone call I made, I had nothing but great service and advice from Marcus and his team, who have recently taken over this company. Marcus came to our property to check for subsidence and a collapsed drain. After days of sleepless nights, he was able to put my mind at ease with his confident expertise and explain to me what the cracks in my wall were. He was punctual and a genuinely friendly and experienced surveyor, who offered lots of help and suggestions. A first class service from start to finish. The survey was arranged quickly and the report was thorough, clear and full of helpful suggestions. Even our solicitor commented on the high quality of Tim's work, and he sets the bar very high himself. We would happily recommend Mr. Wilyman to anyone looking for a surveyor.

Inaccurate work. Final valuation figure was 10% out and meant we had to have two more valuations (both of which matched). Unhelpful and stubborn. Initially cheap but cost us double to have it put right. You get what you pay for. Also, valuation was carried out on 16th December and we did not receive report until the middle of January after me chasing it twice.
