Adam cooked a beautiful birthday meal for me and 7 friends. The food was delicious and the service from both Adam and Sarah who was our waitress was just fabulous and meant we all had a lovely evening. Thank you for helping to make my birthday so special

Dear Adam, Wow! What an amazing evening thanks to you! Your canapes were amazing and absolutely delicious, better than we could ever have imagined. Adam's professional, hard working and confident approach was very much appreciated and both Adam and his staff Rosie and Sarah helped make our evening one of the best parties we have ever done. You allowed us to be relaxed knowing the support was always there.Our guests certainly loved all your canapes and wanted to know all about you, they said we had set the bar extremely high! Rosie and Sarah, worked so hard too at looking after us all and were delightful to have in the house helping us. They quietly dealt with everything and we valued their support, they were so kind. The Personal Chef Adam Sparshatt has catered for us several times. On each occasion, his service and offering has been sublime. His menus are always creative and a mouth watering delectation, leaving us and our guests with a feeling of gastronomic pleasure. We have no hesitation in recommending Adam Sparshatt, The-Personal-Chef, who has always been polite, professional and highly cost effective, bringing his own waiting staff and food so really there is nothing for us to be concerned about. Our kitchen has been left in an immaculate condition after his team have departed. I only need to think about the wine list for the vintners at our dining room table, and Adam has helpful suggestions there too.

Adam catered our wedding a few weeks ago and we couldnt recommend him highly enough!! Nothing was ever too much from the first conversation we had with him, and in spite of a tight timescale - everything felt very relaxed and we had full confidence in his ability and vision to make our dream a reality. The food / menu was absolutely exquisite with countless guests complimenting it! If you are unsure who to use to cater your wedding / event, go with Adam, you wont regret it!! Tom

Adam (aka The Personal Chef) was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout our wedding planning and he delivered beyond all of our expectations on the big day. Adam and his team were professional, courteous, warm and welcoming at all points from our initial meeting to clearing away post-event. Adam was able to advise on menu choices superbly, with great flexibility throughout for varying requirements whether dietary or otherwise. In constant communication, we were reassured that Adam had everything under control so we had no worries on the day. Our food tasting was also a delight, with Adam and his staff cooking for us at home and making the whole experience very special.
