Must say I was very disappointed today. I was not made to feel at all welcome. Came to try to eat something for lunch with my family which includes my 4 month old baby sleeping in a small buggy, to be told I would have to fold the buggy up. A 4 month old baby cant sit up on their own, by the way, and therefore cant use a high chair and needs a buggy. To which the staff member said you can hold the baby and how I ask, can I enjoy and eat my meal with a baby in my arms the whole time? The cafe was not busy I might add as it was fairly late at 1330ish so why the problem with one buggy which would take up the space of someone in say a wheel chair. Would you discriminate against someone in a wheel chair? Maybe not, so why discriminate against people with small babies. We were forced to take our custom somewhere much more family friendly today. Never been treated like this before its rude, disrespectful and unhelpful.

Popped in for lunch. Greeted on entering cafe by staff member and given choice of available tables. Cafe very clean and well presented. Good range of menu choices. Food was well cooked and tasty as was the loose leaf tea option I chose. One star deducted on atmosphere as I found it very noisy inside the cafe but that was due to other customers talking loudly over each other...not the cafes fault!
