Hired a hot tub for the weekend for my sons birthday. Received excellent service, prompt delivery and collection. All set up and dismantled. All we had to do is enjoy! Excellent communication by text and email mail. Would definitely recommend Rob and pop up events!

Can not rate highly enough. We have hired hot tubs and bouncy castles multiple times over the last year and have never been disappointed. Excellent service, super efficient and so helpful in terms of instructions etc. Cant wait for our next hire, its like a holiday at home without the stress of maintenance

Excellent service, great people and seeing them pack down the hot tub, we know how thoroughly equipment is cleaned before the next customer receives it. We used Popupevents for our Sons 8th birthday party today, and I have to say they were AMAZING!!! We would highly recommend them for the nerf wars party. All the children had a wonderful time, the structure of the party was at a good pace for the children, which included lots of different games and activities! Both men leading the event were fantastic with all the children, and dealt with all different situations that occurred. Completely worth the money for a brilliant stress free birthday party. We would have no worries about using them again. Thank you both.

DO NOT recommend and won't use again due to our experience. The benefits of hiring were absent in our experience. We had a serious electrical problem as shown in the photos attached acknowleged by Robs message. He explained using a hot tub for more than an hour will cause the plug and your wall socket to burn. We found this out Christmas morning when the kids wanted to get in. The water was not up to temperature and reported to Rob as per my message in the attached photos. The 27th Rob was able to attend and we were without it Christmas and Boxing day. We had the hot tub 2 days before it broke by not reaching the desired temperature, burning its plug, our wall socket and my hand when I felt it was hot and unplugged it. Our electrical installation is certified and the hot tub comes with an RCD which didn't trip nor did the plug fuse blow. We didn't wash the filter day 1. But we did day 2. Day 2 friends visited and 1 adult and 2 kids got in without showering and 2 of them forgot to rinse their feet. Day 3 Christmas day it broke so it was unplugged and we didnt keep up monitoring the chlorine tablets after it was unplugged. The following rules as part of the contract we had not adhered to by the letter and in Robs opinion causing the electrical fault. 2 x half hour session or 1 x 1 hour session max daily. Foot bath and shower before entry to hot tub. Wash the filter daily. Ensure chlorine tablets are present. Overall it wasn't enjoyable and we put so many rules in place the kids didn't want to go in once the plug was replaced by Rob. Robs first question to my wife was how much did we pay for our dog and we found his manner condescending and rude. After Rob attended he informed us he wouldn't charge us the call out fee 45 and we would receive no discount due to misuse. Though no explanation why the RCD didn't trip or fuse blow. Deep Blue Hot Tubs Portsmouth were used by friends and they received outstanding service, fault resolution in the summer. Though we won't be hiring one again.
