Based on a couple of recommendations from friends, we asked JB Architecture to work on our home extension project. Wed never done anything like this before so didnt know what to expect, but they made the process seem easy. Jimmy and Sean were both so easy to talk to and made us feel relaxed each time they came to our house. Jimmy listened to our ideas and made suggestions during his initial no obligation visit, and even took the time to involve our children and answer all their questions as well as ours. During their second visit, they photographed and took measurements to draw up an existing plan. We had an idea of what we thought was possible to include in our home, but were amazed to see what they had included when the initial design was ready. This meant we ended up with a utility room and office which we didnt think there was space for. They took on our feedback to develop exactly what we wanted and responded quickly to our emails to discuss details. After agreeing to proceed, the detailed plan was developed and they submitted this for planning approval on our behalf, so we didnt have to worry about how to do this. Once approved, they also provided us with recommendations for some local builders and were available during the build to discuss a couple of points with the builder. We are amazed by the transformation of our home and the vision and detail that went into its planning. We highly recommend Jimmy and Sean.
